This Privacy Policy applies to the services offered by Allied Acupuncture Pty Ltd ATF Allied Acupuncture Trust (“Company”).

The Company is dedicated to protecting personal privacy. Providing personal information is an act of trust and confidence. The Company acknowledges the individuals right to control the way their personal information is collected and used. Unless consent is provided, the Company will collect and use personal information in the manner detailed below.

2. Collecting personal information:

The Company will not collect or monitor personal information regarding an individual without consent from that individual. Personal information collected is only what has been provided voluntarily.

3. Contact by the Company:

The Company may use the information provided to them to contact individuals in order to:

– Provide potentially interesting or beneficial information regarding new Company products or services, upgrades, promotional offers, special offers and other matters that may be of interest.

– To send newsletters.

4. Individual’s right of access:

Individuals have the right to review the information that may be recorded on the Company’s database. Information may be reviewed by request upon contacting the Company by phone 07 5522 1691.
