  • Acupuncturists use very fine filament needles to influence neuro-vascular (nerves & blood vessels) and tendino-muscular (tendons & muscles) networks or ‘meridians/channels’, by stimulating your specific point along those channels.

  • Chinese Medicine is generally considered to be safe but occasionally, as with all health treatments, may be associated with possible adverse reactions in individual cases.

  • Allow up to 45 minutes for your consultation & treatment. We also recommended you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first appointment so you have plenty of time to find the clinic before your appointment.

  • It’s best to wear loose-fitting comfortable clothes that can roll up to your knees and elbows if required.

  • Make sure you are hydrated and switch your phone to silent. Avoid alcohol or stimulants like energy drinks before your treatment.
